Peggy Lehman's last day with Insignia will be February 26, 2026. Karen sent this message to the Heathcare Operations team:

As many of you know, Peggy Lehman is retiring shortly.  I’d like to take a moment to honor and celebrate her remarkable contributions as she begins this well-earned next chapter.

Peggy has been an invaluable leader on this program.  Her expertise, dedication, and steady guidance have shaped the success of this contract, long before Insignia won this important work, and in ways that will be felt long after her departure. We are deeply grateful for everything she has contributed, and we wish her the very best in retirement.

Peggy, thank you for everything—without question, you will be greatly missed!

I am pleased to introduce Michelle Wilkerson as our new Program Manager for the DHA HCO contract. Michelle brings an exceptional depth of experience to this role with 26 years of service, including 16 years focused on TRICARE at operational, tactical, and strategic levels within the Military Health System. As a retired Air Force Health Service Manager and MBA-holder with a Healthcare Management focus, she has supported DHA's TRICARE Health Plan as a Policy Analyst and Program Support specialist for the past five years, making her exceptionally well-prepared to lead this team.
