What We Do

Insignia provides a full range of professional and technical services. Our portfolio includes improving the quality of healthcare with the Agency Health Research and Quality (AHRQ); working to end the HIV epidemic in the U.S. with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC); supporting the American labor force with the Department of Labor (DOL); modernizing electronic health record systems and developing training for soldiers with the United States Air Force (USAF); and educating professionals at the National Science Foundation (NSF) and HHS.

Our Approach

At Insignia, we believe our client's successes are our successes. We use best-practices outlined in PMBok, CMMI-DEV ML3, and ISO 9001:2015 and 20000-1:2018 to guide our approach. We believe in providing the right and consistent staff at the start of each contract, maximizing intrateam communications and transparent reporting, and leveraging a management framework that supports the work without being burdensome.  We use these standardized best practices as a starting point and then customize them to incorporate client needs, project goals, and lessons learned. A “one size fits all” approach fails to recognize each client's unique challenges and often results in unnecessary expense, lost productivity, and inability to achieve the business goal.
