Shane has a long history with digital services, information technology and integration and deploying complex, web-based and mobile applications. Shane is charged with managing a wide portfolio of technology and Health IT projects for multiple federal agencies. Prior to joining Insignia, Shane was a founding partner of a highly successful digital services organization that served both commercial and government clients.
