Debbie started her career working for a small government contractor as part of a co-op program in High School. She enjoyed the work and continued on after graduating and while attending college. She has held positions in procurement, finance, contracts, and accounting for both large and small government contractors. She joined Insignia in 2010 and since joining has managed multiple contracts and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company.
