Cailin has over 17 years of experience working with Federal Government contractors and agencies. As the HR/Contracts Manager at Insignia, Cailin is the primary point of contact to clients, team members, and subcontractors for a large contract portfolio. Cailin has extensive experience and knowledge of all forms and types of contracts and federal contract compliance requirements. Cailin has also served as Project and Administrative Manager on multiple task order contracts with CDC, including the Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention (DHP), the Women’s Health & Fertility Branch (formerly Applied Sciences Branch), and the Division of Reproductive Health (DRH).
